ABA Services that are Out of This World!
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy is a scientific and evidence based approach to therapy that helps children with Autism and other Developmental Delays establish skills that improve their safety and overall quality of life. ABA therapy can help a child gain new skills as well as learn healthier ways to express their wants/needs which naturally reduces behaviors that are often considered harmful or disruptive. When working with a Balanced Beings Behavior Analyst, you can expect to see your child flourish with these three goals in mind:
Increase Communication
Many children on the Autism Spectrum present with struggles around communication and language development. Working to strengthen your child's ability to communicate will increase their quality of life.
Increase Independence
Increased independence is something all children desire, however children on the Autism Spectrum often struggle with motor development and activities of daily living. Supporting your child with gaining these skills will increase the sense of independence and foster a healthy sense of self.
Increase Social Connections
Many children on the Autism Spectrum struggle to engage in peer interactions such as parallel play, one on one play, and engaging and maintaining peer interactions. Working on these skills with your child will help them develop relationships with peers and life long friendships.
